Indoor Air Quality Assessment

Client Interview to determine areas of special focus for inspection.

Visual examination for biological contaminants - molds, mildew, others as indicated.

Culture mold plates as appropriate (results available in 14 days).

Visual Inspection for moisture problems contributing to biological growth.

Visual Inspection of heating/air conditioning system for contamination and filtration.

Measure heating appliances for Carbon Monoxide leakage.

Check Accessible gas appliances and piping for leaks.

Measure air particulate level with laser particle counter.                    (When Available)

Assess household cleaning products for potential health effects.

Check for radioactive building materials, ceramics, and smoke detectors.

Provide a written report explaining each element with specific recommendations for issues identified.
